Charge my account
I paid $39.99 for my straight talk phone bill. I have no received the payment on straight talk.
I also could not get in contact with customer service.
I would like a refund immediately. Thank you.

Company is a front you pay money to get your cell bill paid and they do nothing and you cannot contact them they are taking people money

Estimados señores de Cellpay,
Me comunico con ustedes para notificar que el día 25/09/2025 realicé tres intentos de pago a través de su plataforma por un monto de USD $55.99 cada uno. Las tres transacciones dieron error en el sistema, sin embargo, el dinero sí fue debitado de mi tarjeta.
Posteriormente tuve que pagar mi servicio en efectivo, ya que las transacciones realizadas en su plataforma no fueron efectivas.
Por lo anterior, solicito formalmente la devolución o anulación de los tres cargos mencionados, dado que no recibí el servicio correspondiente.
Les agradezco su pronta gestión y una confirmación por escrito de este reclamo para poder presentar la evidencia a mi banco.
Quedo atenta a su respuesta.
